Fiberglass Sheet
Fibre Glass Sheets being produced mainly in two categories. Fibre Glass Epoxy & Fibre Glass/FRP Polyester.Fibre Glass Epoxy laminate is a combination of glass reinforcement & epoxy resin which is used for higher electrical & mechanical strength. We are manufacturing this material in G10, G11, FR4 & FR5 grades and also in cycloaliphatic Grade.
Fibre Glass Polyester/FRP Polyester sheet is glass-mat reinforced polyester. We manufacture grades like UP1/GPO2 & UP2/GPO3. It is a cost-effective, general purpose laminate.It is a solid choice for applications which require good electrical and mechanical properties, which is better than Bakelite sheets & less than Glass Epoxy. It is used in all panels as a partition.
It is widely used in general purpose application like mass transportation in chemical industries.

- 8′ x 4′ Thickness from 0.3 mm to 100 mm
- 8′ x 3′ Thickness from 0.3 mm to 100 mm
- 4′ x 4′ Thickness from 0.3 mm to 100 mm

FILAMENT WINDING PRODUCTS/FRP CYLINDERS
This Component is the combination of Glass Reinforcement with Epoxy/ Polyester Resin. It is used
in Dry Type Transformers, OLTC and Extra High Voltage Test Transformer for Indoor & Outdoor applications.
We have automated filament winding which can control angle of helix, amount of material to be wound,
filament desired tension so as to ensure a FRP cylinder with best technical properties.
We can do post curing under rotation in a hot oven upto 165 °C for 1800 mm x 3000 mm length.
Available Sizes:
- Fibre Glass Epoxy Tubes: Minimum ID 6mm to Maximum lD 100mm
- Fibre Glass Epoxy Cylinders: Minimum ID 100 mm to Maximum ID 1800 mm
- Length – Up to 3000MM
PULTRUDED SECTION
These components are made out of Glass Epoxy & Polyester resin and reinforced in Glass, Carbon Fibre and Jute. These items are mainly used as a insulation support in Electrical Industry where length is more. It gives excellent mechanical & electrical properties. Available Sections: All sizes of FRP Rods, Dog Bones, Corner Angles, Strips, L – angles & FRP Tubes.
